The idea for Kinetik Hosts was formed and
executed in 2006 when three developers got together to form a small
hosting company. The idea at the time was to create a hosting
company that met the specific and sometimes changing needs of .NET
developers. We found a shortage of hosts that offered flexible
hosting plans and often ended up paying for services we did not need
or we were not able to find the service we needed. We also ran into
issues with some of the bigger hosts as we became a number to them;
they lacked the personal support that we wanted. Thus sprung the
idea to form our own hosting company that offered all of these
things to the client. Hands on, first name basis support and
flexible plans to fit the individual needs of the developer.
This idea worked and skyrocketed our company
into success. With this success and growth the vision was lost. The
plans had limits placed upon them. The first name knowledge of the
client and the old “Hello Bob” seemed to fade into the wings. The
client satisfaction decreased and the vision seemed to be all but
lost.
I was one of those partners and support
members. I helped build that idea into a success and I wish to
recapture it - that is the driving vision behind Kinetik Hosts. I
care about our customers and the idea that formed my previous
hosting company. I think it is a necessary and hard-to-find service
and I am breathing life back into our original idea. Kinetik Hosts
will always strive to assist clients with what might even be deemed
as a silly question. We will adjust the plan to suit your individual
needs but above all, our promise to you is that we will never lose
sight of the little guy. All clients are valuable and we work hard
to give excellent service from the smallest base plan on up to our
top level plan clients. You will never be just a nameless, faceless
number in a database to be dismissed with a canned reply. Each
support ticket is read and replied to by a human being that knows
your name and understands your needs. We are, after all, a team. We
are in business with your business and if we do not ensure your
success then we do not succeed.
